Overall Satisfaction with Pantheon

Pantheon is a great product (web host, CDN, etc.) with great service and serves as a nice one-stop-shop to get your website up and running. We used them for many years, experienced minimal downtime if any, each year, and we're always treated like a priority client. Ultimately ended up leaving them as we grew to be a fairly large company and were able to experience efficiencies with another parter we already licensed a great deal from, however for a smaller company, our infrastructure today would not make sense, thereby making Pantheon the better/preferred partner if that fits your company's needs/size.

Fantastic product. Nothing more really needs to be said here. They are friendly, helpful, and most importantly, reliable and on top of modern innovations that make them a competitive player in the market.
Pantheon stacks up fairly equally, and we chose Pantheon originally because, at the time of making our decision, they were the best partner for our business size, and who could help us through challenges that VIP could not. Today, we are with VIP as that was a faster and more connected integration to our website's CMS, which is also WordPress, and was merely the choice for us due to relationships our longtime developers had with the WordPress VIP team, yielding us insider discounts and enhanced customer service abilities.

Pantheon is great if you are a small or midsize website (in terms of web traffic), especially if you are in a niche area subject to a great deal of hacking as their security is quite strong, and cannot afford any downtime. They also provide great customer service, so if you are just getting started, they will be great at walking you through what is what, why it's important, and get you on a path to success.
