Overall Satisfaction with PathFactory

Integrate[d] PathFactory with our marketing automation system - to score leads based on the assets that they are viewing/length of time they are viewing assets for in PathFactory, and also to send them unique nurture campaigns based on what assets/topics they are interested in.
  • Form Gating - can set your own strategy as to when a form pops up. Can give readers a chance to view content for a certain amount of time before a form popping up. If a user is already known, can also set form to only show up for unknown users.
  • Can create as many unique tracks based on different topics as needed.
  • The support is amazing. Meet weekly with our PathFactory reps, who talk us through any issues we've experienced during the week, plus offer insight in to new features that may be beneficial to our campaigns.
  • Some areas are very easy and intuitive, others take a lot of time to understand.
  • Ability to add "contact us" forms to each content track to allow users to contact us directly when viewing a track.
  • Also has a form submission happening behind the scenes that passes all submission data to our marketing automation platform for further analysis/nurturing.
PathFactory gives us more insight into who is actually viewing our content and for how long. Can actually see who is interested. Based on this, allows us to score contacts more appropriately and provide them with content related to what they've shown interest in while viewing the PathFactory track.
I'd say it's about what was expected in terms of setup. The support staff at PathFactory helped us every step of the way to make it as easy on us as possible to set up, plus integrate with our marketing automation platform. It is used by several business units in our organization.
We set up different content tracks that can include many assets. Potential buyers can view any of these pieces of content and based on what they are interested in, we can initiate follow up emails or have calls with sales reps that are more tailored to what they have shown an interest in.
I have not used any similar products to PathFactory.
Great for organizing assets. Can tag assets with what stage of the funnel they are for or what topic they cover. Can integrate with marketing automation system to send related emails based on what users are viewing. Reporting is strong within the platform. Can see what companies are most interested in your content.
