Overall Satisfaction with PathFactory

We use PathFactory to help us supply users with more targeted content and it allows us more insight into their habits when consuming that content. It also allows us more visibility into which campaigns are delivering conversions as we can segment out the PathFactory tracks. This is used by the global team and all across funnel stages in the buyers journey.

We channeled our online display advertising through into specific content tracks. This allowed us to target our already segmented audiences with not only one piece of content but an entire campaign.
It can be a bit daunting to look at at first but becomes quite intuitive quite quickly. There may be some need for a best practices or a community knowledge sharing center so that users can make recommendations to one another.
We hope that this tool has allowed our audiences more choice when consuming our online assets and we hope it has a positive effect on how they see us as a company - by trying to limit the amount of form filling they have to do to find out more about us.
We were struggling to keep on top of where our leads were coming from, which was posing us a difficult ROI question. We found that by using PathFactory we could easily create segmented tracks that would allow us more insight into who was converting and what sort of actions were being taken on our content, like dwell time for instance.
