Overall Satisfaction with PathFactory
PathFactory is used
to provide seamless self-nurturing experiences across many different channels.
We struggled with one and done content experiences. PathFactory allows us to
provide multiple pieces of relevant content in a single experience to allow a user
to consume content at once rather than having to wait for additional emails or
endless website searching. PathFactory was also
implemented to provide more thoughtful lead scoring in relation to content
consumption. Rather than scoring a lead based on an email click or open, we are
able to incorporate content consumption time to provide more meaningful context
to a lead's behavior.

PathFactory has helped us generate higher performing campaigns. We have seen content engagement within emails increase tremendously. We've also been able to help our sales teams with 1:1 campaigns by creating tailored microsites for top accounts. We were able to close one of our largest deals of all time because we stood out from the rest of the pack by presenting a custom microsite rather than just sending over content links.
I was not part of the selection/implementation team.
On average, users binge 2-3 assets rather than 1 which helps get these users in front of our sales teams faster. We have content consumption included in our scoring model which gets sales to these users faster rather than having to wait for a form to be submitted.
