Overall Satisfaction with PathFactory
We use PathFactory to easy share our marketing assets. The product address the issue of easily sharing a lot of different kind of assets and being able to put them in one place to consume. They also help us understand who is reviewing our assets. We use it all over our website and in our marketing/sales emails.
Pros

Cons
- the platform has a bit of a learning curve. sometimes hard to learn and if something changes its hard to find what I was looking for
- sometimes there is a lack customizations but often times the engineers can find some sort of solution for it
- we can track the customers that are consuming our product and use analytics to back up the ROI
- Organization of all our assets
- Sales team loves the product so thats a win
I dont think we have necessarily worked with PathFactory in terms of campaigns but once we have a new asset live we add it to the content library and any tracks we see would be most helpful.
I was not there to set it up but any new user does need some training because the product itself is a little difficult to navigate
Because we can organize all our assets by solution type or industry the content is catered to that prospect. We also use personalization in our explore pages. These really help push the prospect through the pipeline and since they can review multiple different assets and different assets types quickly after each other they can do a better job of educating themselves on our solution.
