We use PathFactory to create a better experience for our visitors, to better track our content to the campaign and business objective level and optimize our content strategy. A mantra around here is why send a single PDF when this allows for a dynamic experience and exposes them to related content or calls to action that would otherwise be missed.

We really only just started utilizing the campaign integration to relate PathFactory views to Salesforce results, so I wouldn't have a good baseline to explain how effective the tool is right now at helping us achieve our desired results. I will say that the team has been incredibly helpful in getting us to the place where we're confident we have the infrastructure to be able to get that understanding which is a huge leap forward for us.

The most effort put forth was getting up to speed on our current state and library. It had been used for about 2 years before I took it over and needed a total overhaul. With the direction of PathFactory's amazing customer support, I was able to quickly ramp on the understanding of its most important features, learn best practices about organization and use and put us back on track.

Again, we're just starting on the path of directing content exposure to an actionable next step so we'll see!
