Overall Satisfaction with PathFactory

We use it as Netflix for B2B content. Here are the bullet points of use cases:
Web page link to a specific asset on a Target or Recommend track link to an Explore page or a PF microsite (driving traffic to a landing page rather than a single asset in track)
Email
Paid advertising - retarget people and drive them to a topical track (e.g. all about AVA Energy) a set of assets of the same content type (e.g. a case study track or use cases, etc)
funnel stage-specific track (e.g. MOFU or BOFU assets only for the solution/selection stage)
Content syndication - instead of serving PDFs, if the vendor can syndicate links, you can put a selection of assets in front of them
Webinars, virtual event resource section during event post-event followup with link to track relevant content
Partner activities
ABM activities

  • Tracks account data via IP and cookies
  • flexible in creating tracks
  • different ways to create tracks
  • integration with other tools
  • better personalization: e.g. machine learning or AI that tracks user behaviour and suggest content to them
  • better content flow
  • better content consumption

It has, it's easier to put more assets in the track instead of focusing only on one.
I haven't participated in the launch.
It's difficult to track this.

Great for content distribution and putting gated form for Contact us to those pages that don't necessarily have it.
