Overall Satisfaction with PathFactory
PathFactory has helped us to bring our Document Management and the consumer experience to a new level. Paired with the automations and reporting options it's providing high value and visibility on performance. We went from thinking to knowing. Depending on how much content you have, the set up takes some time and resources, but it was definitely worth it and I wouldn't want to go back to how it was before.

Yes. We have used landing pages for several events or topics. Not only are we able to create them ourselves faster but we can also track the immediate consumer habits and therefore steer and improve.
It was more work than expected and it took longer than expected. My recommendations would be to have dedicated resources who are fully responsible for the integration and not overloaded with too much day to day.
Too early to say. What we can see though is how buyers navigate in the content journey and we can therefore inform the account owner on sales side about topics and behaviour.
