We use PathFactory as a marketing and sales tool for promoting solutions, products and/or events.

Pros

  • Professional screen appearance

Cons

  • More screen customization or flexibility
  • Better way to update content source
  • Clearer understanding of Target versus Explore
  • Brand awareness
  • Thought leadership
  • Lead generation
Unfortunately, our click or take rates are low due to poor database contact lists, so we haven't been able to effectively translate to business results.
About the same, but there has been much turnover on account management.
Education has been a primary focus. We do not use it as a purchasing mechanism.
Well suited for email or digital links, less appropriate for direct mail.

I wanted to let you know that we'll be releasing additional customization functionality over the course of 2019, as well as more flexibility for reporting. Our aim was to make module names such as Target and Explore representative of the abilities they offer you as a marketer. That said, we've gotten this same feedback from a few individuals, so will make it easier to see what they stand for within the app.
