Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

Paycom was used across the company in many areas. We used the system to process payroll, for benefits administration, on boarding, performance tracking, employee file storage and FMLA tracking. Paycom housed all our employee information in a secure system. This allowed us to access information when we needed, without digging through files.

Pros

  • Customer service is something Paycom is known for. They want to ensure youre taken care of and will take the time to ensure your questions are answered.

Cons

  • When I have run into an issue with the system, I have put in a development request. Having that option made it seem Paycom was dedicated to ensuring they were providing the best software.
  • ADP and Workday
Paycom has excellent customer service. You have a dedicated rep that you build a relationship with. They also have excellent reporting features for all of their products.
They are dedicated to customer service. No matter the issues or department, you will get your problems resolved. When dealing with a payroll error, you want to get the correct answer quickly. Every time I call the corporate office I reach someone.
