Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

Paycom is used by FNBOK as our payroll software provider. We use this throughout our entire organization.

Pros

  • Courteous and responsive customer service.
  • Easy to navigate for employees. Provides detailed information regarding earnings, benefits, withholdings, etc.

Cons

  • Offer tax withholding guidance for users.
  • Paycom has allowed FNBOK to operate with less overhead and FTEs.
I recommend Paycom to anyone looking for a payroll service provider.
