Overall Satisfaction with Paycom
We pay 800 plus employees on top of benefit carrier feeds.
Pros
- Their client service teams are great and they really take the time to get you to understand something you can tell they really care about the product and care that you maximize your system to the best of its ability.
- We hire people through Paycom we don't have the applicant tracking set-up yet but it still easy to navigate through to hire someone and to start the background process very easy.
- Pulling payroll is really easy but I hear its going to be even easier can't wait to learn.
Cons
- Accrual reports and accrual form 6 needs to be better.
- Pushing benefits can be tricky and FMLA is challenging
- I have one negative and that's because our PTO policy is different and Paycom can't support it and that's why it was hard to pull reports.
- Easy to use less man power to do benefits and payroll.
ADP was hard to use not user friendly at all.
