Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

My accounting department is using the software. The software helps with our payroll and payroll taxes and our HR needs.

Pros

  • We would have to hire another employee just to take care of payroll taxes and their software handles that.
  • The software is easy to use
  • The employees of Paycom are there to help if you have any issues and they are very fast at responding.

Cons

  • FCP has been with Paycom for over 5 years and have not run into any issues.
  • Paycom has helped FCP with having less employees in HR to take care of our needs as their software does all we need.
FCP has always used Paycom and haven't had any reason to use any one else.
Paycom software is easy to use and can help reduce time spent on payroll and payroll taxes.
