Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

BIS uses Paycom as complete solution for payroll processing and human resources management. This is a program which is used throughout the entire company from employee interaction to management level approvals.

One specific area which has provided exceptional value is the Human Resources portion of the solution. Using modules like Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Human Resources, BIS has been able to revolutionize the HR Department and its processes.

  • Time and Attendance: Through the use of biometric terminals and web time clocks, monitoring and tracking employees' time has been simplified dramatically.
  • Payroll Tax Management: Paycom eliminates the process of the end user having to calculate, withhold, pay, and file payroll taxes lessening the burden and liability of these taxes.
  • Human Resources Management: Using modules like Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Human Resources, BIS has been able to revolutionize the HR Department and its processes.
  • Improve the ease of payroll processing
  • Allow for more flexibility with benefit plan set up
  • The fees associated to the service are minimal compared to the value provided.
In the past, payroll was processed through the accounting system which was a manual and time consuming procedure. With the ease of time tracking and tax calculations through Paycom, payroll can be processed in less than half the time.
