Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

We use Paycom as an integrated Payroll and HR system for the entire company. All reporting is generated from the same information and it requires less changes of errors.
  • New enhancements and products
  • Ease of the payroll module for entry
  • Reporting on every level
  • Time and Attendance module - functionality needs improvement, a grid to view all hours by employee at one time.
  • Functionality needs improvement for editing timecards and selecting the pay period.
  • we were able to combine 3 softwares costs into 1 that would be integrated
[We selected Paycom for its] Integrated system - and user friendly reporting.
Our company has multiple employees with different shifts and several levels of PTO and Paycom is able to install all our policies.
