Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

Paycom is our system of record for HR data, timekeeping for hourly employees, payroll system, benefits administration and employee resource center.
  • Payroll is quite intuitive once you understand the Paycom "style"
  • Benefits Administration flows nicely into payroll
  • HR data is mostly single entry since each module flows together nicely
  • There could be better reporting features, even custom reporting isn't the easiest
  • Dashboards are new but can be a little more sophisticated
  • We have cut down our HR admin time by over half
We have been able to streamline our onboarding and payroll process significantly from our previous HRIS, Paychex.
