Overall Satisfaction with Paycom
Paycom is our system of record for HR data, timekeeping for hourly employees, payroll system, benefits administration and employee resource center.
- Payroll is quite intuitive once you understand the Paycom "style"
- Benefits Administration flows nicely into payroll
- HR data is mostly single entry since each module flows together nicely
- There could be better reporting features, even custom reporting isn't the easiest
- Dashboards are new but can be a little more sophisticated
- We have cut down our HR admin time by over half
