Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

Paycom is being used across the whole company of Delta Dental of Oklahoma. It addresses our payroll system along with other benefit deductions in the company.

Pros

  • Accurate. It is a relief to know that my paychecks will be correct each pay period.
  • Very user friendly webpage for their clients/customers.
  • Fast and accurate with updates towards clients/customers information.

Cons

  • Requesting security questions to often when logging into the system.
  • I have had nothing but success with Paycom over the last two years.
I think it is appropriate for any business with 20 or more employees. And less appropriate for any business with 19 or less employees. Definitely needs to target businesses with multiple employees.
