Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

The school that I teach at is using it across the entire organization for our payroll management. It significantly enhances the way employees are able to interact with their personnel data. As a user, I've thoroughly enjoyed the switch. Most helpful for me is the ability to access remotely as I don't have a traditional "office".

  • As a user, I'm not clear on the ROI specifically, but I can only imagine it would have a significant return based not the time savings within the administrative and HR offices.
Haven't really used any other products. I'm only familiar with in-house HR/Payroll prior to using Paycom. I know there are several other products available, but the simplicity and streamlined approach that Paycom has taken with its product would be hard to compete with for any company taking an in-house approach.
Well suited for the organization that is trying to do payroll in-house and looking to streamline their processes. The Paycom platform really seems to take the headache out of the payroll and HR process and puts much of it right into the user's hands. It may be less appropriate for an extremely large organization that already has a lot of bolt-on applications and has built their organization around a lot of complexity.
