Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

We are using Paycom throughout the company. We are now able to house all our payroll, HR and onboarding in one system. Once trained on the system the users found it to be very user-friendly. The Time Off Calendar is a wonderful way to manage all the time off requests.
  • Customer Service is wonderful. If you need help they respond quickly
  • Paycom is great at allowing you to customize your information and reporting
  • You need two logins when you are a manager. One for management and one as an employee. It would be nice to have one login to go back and forth
  • The Time Off Calendar does not export into your Outlook calendar
  • Our HR Team loves this system and is very happy to have switched from what we were using
  • Paycom is saving a lot of duplicate work from our previous vendor
  • The system allows you to have all your HR, Benefits and Payroll all in one system
  • Customization
  • Easy to navigate thru the system
  • Information is always accurate
  • They help with multi-state setups
  • Tax documentation is always out on time
  • Reports created are very helpful
