Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

We use Paycom for our time management system. We switched over to Paycom and it was a pretty easy learning process. When our company started, they held multiple training sessions to help us learn about the app and the website. They also have a few employees from our company who are trained to help new employees. Overall, Paycom has been a very well produced software and is very easy to use.
  • It is very intuitive and comprehensive.
  • The app makes it very easy to correct errors that are monitored by the manager of the location.
  • Paycom makes the transition smooth.
  • My manager has told me that she would like the time card approval process a little easier.
  • I often forget to clock out and I would like it if I could use a physical time clock.
  • I would find it useful if I could set my regular schedule up in the app so it will remind me to clock in and out.
  • Allowed employees to see their time and pay more effectively.
  • Allowed the management staff to work with the employees to get the most accurate information.
  • Resulted in employees being more confident in their time management.
Paycom is very well suited for large companies and I can also see it being used in small business scenarios. I would recommend Paycom to new businesses and those looking for a new avenue. I work at a bank and it has been very easy to use on both my phone and computer.

When my company first switched over to Paycom they were very hands-on and had multiple training sessions that helped our users understand how to use the app and website and the extra things they can do with it. They also trained a few of our employees to be able to help new employees.
Paycom allows us to view our time cards on our phone or computer to see exactly how long we worked and how much we have made. It also shows has added features to allow us to see what has been taken out of our payroll. We can also request time off and correct time errors.
