Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

Paycor support is excellent. I've never had a bad experience and [they are] always very helpful.
It becomes much easier the longer you use it.
We use Paycor for all of our payroll for Fairfield Township, Ohio.

Pros

  • Pay city taxes
  • Pay child support
  • Excellent reports

Cons

  • Sometimes we have a problem in transferring hours to payroll and we have to call Paycor so they can restore hours.
  • It has certainly saved us a lot of time in many different areas.
Our HR and/or payroll team has saved 1-25 hours per month. - We can do reports and research right from Paycor.
  • ADP
I don't believe they compare.
They are very helpful when you have a problem and have to call. These usually walk us right thru the issue.
