Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

We use Paycor for all our payroll needs. It is being used by our school staff. It addresses payroll deadlines, all tax filing, w2s, deductions and provides posting to our bookkeeping program. It has been a great asset to our employees to provide accurate and on-time payroll.

Pros

  • Great customer service. Always someone to answer my questions and walk me through the setup process.
  • Very user-friendly. Easy to access and work with.
  • Reports are great and provide all the information needed.

Cons

  • I always get my questions answered, so I see no problems at this time.
  • Increased efficiency in payroll processing. There are fewer mistakes for sure.
  • Freed up time for bookkeeper to handle other tasks.
  • Improved employee experience as paycheck is accurate.
Our HR and/or payroll team has saved time, but I'm not sure how much. - Time is saved however the accuracy of the paycheck and posting to GL is what has been an even better benefit. Being able to access data in one place and it be accurate has made huge impacts.
It is very user-friendly!
Paycor is more user-friendly and easier to get someone on the phone to help.
I recently needed to add another bank account for an employee. I wasn't even sure this was an option I called customer service and they walked me through it and it was so simple. My employee was very happy.
