Overall Satisfaction with Paycor
Paycor is used companies-wide (we manage 3 companies) and serves as our payroll, HR benefits, and certification solution. The system allows easy access for our employees to log hours, update certification and training as well as manage the benefits offered by the camps with direct integration to our medical insurance broker.
Pros
- Electronic W2's and paystubs are at the employee's fingertips.
- Easy to switch between and manage several separate companies.
- The New Hire feature cuts out 95% of the paperwork in the new hire process (still have to visually verify the I-9 documents).
Cons
- A direct GL integration with our accounting system Sage-Intacct.
- Emailed notifications to supervisors when an employee is approaching specific hour thresholds (like overtime).
- The hiring process at the beginning of summer (400 employees) significantly cut down the time taken to enter all the new hires' information.
- Employees have better access to information and the ability to self service their personal information.
- Less time on hold and honestly significantly less payroll system issues.
Our HR and/or payroll team has saved 1-25 hours per month. - The time we save in payroll prep and execution has been put into accuracy and forward-thinking proactivity so we can navigate obstacles months prior to issues giving us ample time to train and prepare employees and supervisors to changes.
Night and day difference and Paycor customer support is far above that of ADP.
