Overall Satisfaction with Paycor
Our entire organization uses Paycor for a variety of purposes. Hourly employees use it to clock in and out. Employees request time off and update their demographics. The Human Resources Department uses Paycor to process the payroll and provide reports to the management team. We also track ACA information and do the appropriate reporting.
Pros
- Provides quality customer service.
- Accuracy in payroll processing.
Cons
- Time and attendance.
- Reporting.
- We no longer use paper requests for time off.
- Payroll processing time has decreased.
Our HR and/or payroll team has saved 1-25 hours per month. - We have saved time by not having to enter everyone's time off requests in the system as well as the time it used to take to file them.
Paychex Flex was very limited. We have more options with Paycor.
