Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

Paycor is set up to be very user unfriendly. In the event that I needed to change my banking information for DP, it made me contact corp and attempt to reach out to them to change it or via my manager. I did not have the choice or option to change the information easily myself.

Not sure.
It has its pros and cons and can be very effective when it comes to setting up the initial account and making sure the information is entered fast and effectively, however, as I stated the fact that you can not edit or change your own personal settings or personal information is a very big con for me.
The mobile app is nice but it does not allow the user to modify or change many different areas. It does not allow for the user to change things for banking such as routing or checking. It does not allow you to update personal information. It states everything needs to be changed via the person who set up Paycor.
