Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

I am always hoping our company integrates user friendly software and too much technology can confuse me. Paycor has been easy and user friendly. It did not require a lot of training. The software is easy to navigate and track our time off. I also find the app easy to use. Most of my interaction is with the app.

Pros

  • Tracks time off and shows me exact totals.
  • We are able to use Paycor for our training needs and track it.
  • Paycor also has a mobile app which is easy to use.
  • Paycor integrated well into our daily schedules and made our jobs easier.

Cons

  • The dashboard could be simplified a bit more.
  • Ongoing training is helpful.
  • App seems slow at times.

It suits our needs well of an organization that is growing. I am happy my company chose Paycor. It is an easy software to learn.
