Overall Satisfaction with Paycor
We utilize Paycor for all our HRIS needs. We have engaged every module in the employee life cycle from Recruitment to Performance Management to Separation. We have all employee files stored digitally using their Documents section. We also use their payroll, garnishment processing, and tax services as our Third-Party Provider.

- Cannot provide point in time reporting
- PTO module is extremely confusing for users
- Customer service lacking particularly during and after covid
Our HR and/or payroll team has saved time, but I'm not sure how much. - We gained some efficiencies with moving to Paycor for payroll processing. The interface is user friendly.
