Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

We use Paycor for benefits administration, recognition, hiring, and just started to use it for 1 on 1's and asset tracking. This helps centralize a lot of our previously used spreadsheets, Teams channels, and Outlook. For the benefits administration, it does require a lot of front-end work for our HR Generalist and CFO, but overall it is easy for our users to navigate.

I was not involved in evaluating Paycor vs anything else. We had ADP Workforce Now prior to Paycor and it got us by, but did not have near the functionality that Paycor does. It was also not user friendly and there was no point person you could talk to, as all the "applications" were from 3rd parties so you were always dealing with different people when things didn't work. I have prior (limited) experience in Kronos, but I don't see that listed.
Paycor has been a great place to streamline a lot of our previous documentation; I would really like to see it integrate with Microsoft Teams and PowerAutomate. We implemented the recognition tool from Paycor for our "Champion Awards" two years ago, and while I like the general idea of it, managers are only notified of people on their own team receiving awards and most users do not log in to Paycor everyday, so the average employee does not see their collogues being recognized regularly. We are heavy users of Teams and being able to utilize a PowerAutomate to notify our company in Teams that someone received a Chamption Award would be really cool.
