Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

Paycor has been our payroll specialist company since our company began in 2010. We utilize the payroll and other features as a part of our human resource department. Due to its ease of use, we have been able to manage payroll from across the globe. I have been in the mountains, on the Great Lakes and in the middle of the ocean on a cruise and I have been able to operate this function of our company. The specialists employed by Paycor have enabled us to perform our operations here with comfort knowing that our payroll is done correctly, on time and that our taxes are paid in a timely fashion. I would recommend this company, and I have done so, to other companies.

Not sure. - I have run payroll for previous companies I have worked for and the use of a payroll service like Paycor allows me to do other operations in my business. The use of Paycor keeps me up to date with taxes on every level. Our company operates in approximately 12-15 municipalities and they allow for us to keep up with those locations and keeps us in good standing with government agencies on each level from locals to federal.
The ease of use allows me to do other things, operate payroll from other locations and be totally flexible in my position. Due to its ease of use, we have been able to manage payroll from across the globe. I have been in the mountains, on the Great Lakes and in the middle of the ocean on a cruise and I have been able to operate this function of our company.
I really have not fully investigated and used any other facets of Paycor. We have just used the payroll feature that is there. I know that they have a lot more Human Resource capacities, but we have not implemented this in our business. This may change in the future, but as of now, it is just payroll.
As a small company, the use of Paycor gives us an edge and allows us to compete with bigger companies without the need to hire someone additional to handle payroll operations. I don't know how efficient it would be with a large company.

Using Paycor

1 - The individual who uses Paycor handles all business operations for our company. These include, but is not limited to, accounting, payroll, insurance, legal, human resources, safety, drug free training, etc...
1 - Paycor makes in relatively easy to run payroll for our company. If an individual has a basic understanding of payroll and accounting, Paycor is an awesome partnership for payroll and HR compliance. The individual does not have to be an expert in accounting and payroll. Paycor is an excellent choice to make sure all employees and taxes are paid so you can focus on those things that grow your business.

Paycor has an ease of use that allows us to do what we do best. We want to spend more time in growing our business and not working in areas that do not directly grow our business. Paycor handles the items that gives employees confidence that they are paid properly and there is transparency in this part of our business.

Initially, we went with Paycor over another company due to a personal relationship with someone who worked at Paycor. Since then, I have found it to be very easy to use at a price that is comparable to other companies. The online ability to make payroll has allowed me to perform payroll services in our local office, the woods of Upper Peninsula and in the middle of the ocean on a cruise ship. It has given me a ton of flexibility and great family time while still performing my work.
I do not think I would make any changes to what we've done so far. Paycor has given us what we need, when we need it at a price that fits within our budget.

Not sure - We used Paycor from the inception of the company, so there was not any management change with our organization.

Paycor Support

Paycor support has allowed me to feel very confident in our payroll submission. I know that our employees are paid and taxes are paid properly and promptly!

To my knowledge, Paycor does not have premium support. They have additional "packages" if you want items beyond just payroll. Our company only utilizes the payroll part of Paycor services. As of now, that is the only aspect our company needs. Going forward, we are monitoring the items that may or may not be added to our services with them.
As most software goes, there is always a new iteration to the old software or online services rendered. Due to the iteration and changes, Paycor online service expert has walked me thru step by step and screen by screen to get where I needed to be. This walk thru only needed to be done once and I knew what to do from that point forward.
