Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

Paycor was recommended by my bank. We use it primarily as our payroll service. It also provides detailed reporting for tax preparation use.

Our HR and/or payroll team has saved 1-25 hours per month. - Doing payroll by hand is a waste of time. It is so complex and it is best to outsource it. This is especially true in the case of my company because we have employees in numerous states.
Doing payroll every period was extremely easy to do. It can be done in less than 5 minutes which is a huge time saver.
The prices for Paycor and ADP were similar. It really is a matter of personal preference. Paycor's service is better and ADP's reporting is superior.
Payroll is a competitively priced payroll provider. It is especially beneficial if you have employees in different states and need to know the unique taxing jurisdiction. Reporting makes it easier to complete end of year taxes.
