Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

We use it for almost every part of the employee life cycle. Recruiting through termination. We do not use the onboarding as it didnt seem to be a fit for our organization. It organizes our data, allows us to communicate with and train employees, and allows us to administer pay and benefits.

  • They need to implement impersonation for the whole system so that the HR team can use

Our HR and/or payroll team has saved time, but I'm not sure how much. - I'm not sure how to measure this as we have been on Paycor the whole time Ive been employed here
Some of the UI could be improved. They recently rolled out a new look and our whole team doesn't like it.
It seems too similar to Paycor to make the change
It seems to work pretty well for medium sized companies that are not significantly complex. I'm not sure it would work well for a really large organization. It has had trouble dealing with some of our more complex shift premiums/etc. I think it would work well for small organizations.
