Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

Paycor is our HRIS system that we use to; process payroll; performance reviews, employee document repository; applicant tracking system; onboarding; engagement surveys; reporting; time and attendance and scheduling.

Our HR and/or payroll team is spending more time than we did previously due to Paycor.
In my opinion, navigation Is horrible
We selected Paycor to move away from the PEO model. While we are happy to be out from under a PEO, we feel sales over promised and Paycor under delivered. It has been a very frustrating process and we will be migrating elsewhere after 2+ years of issues and failed promises.
In my experierience, implementation is horrific with little assistance and project management ownership. Customer service is lacking and there is no real ability to track the progress of open cases, questions, etc. This product is not appropriate for a company who does not have a fully staffed HR/Payroll department.
