Paycor is our HRIS system and we use almost all of Paycor's features to administer our employee life cycle.

Our HR and/or payroll team has saved time, but I'm not sure how much. - Paycor does save us time in certain fields.
Everything is pretty straight forward. I am not the biggest fan of the new navigation and tend to use the old one more frequently.
I love the chat feature on Paycor where you can speak to a rep right away but at time they redirect you to an email address, for example, their learning platform. It would be helpful if all departments were available via chat, for a quicker response time.
