Overall Satisfaction with Paycor
Rise is using Paycor as a holistic HRIS system. Before, we did not have any real/organized systems or processes in place for hiring, onboarding, paying out, or maintaining employee records. Now, we can easily hire people easily and create a seamless onboarding process, allowing us to communicate more effectively with new hires. With the organization scaling this year to more employees and contractors, this system is instrumental in keeping everything efficient.

Cons
- I would like for there to be more than one Onboarding wizard. We hire contractors and employees, and the onboarding steps are somewhat nuanced.
- Onboarded folx faster.
- Created more automatic workflows.
- Reduced hours spent on manually paying out folx.
Our HR and/or payroll team has saved time, but I'm not sure how much. - I have not really ever taken stock of the time it takes me to do all of these tasks but I know I get through all of the steps much quicker now!
Paycor was not as clean and aesthetic. However, Paycor was much more affordable!
