Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

We used Paycor for our HRIS from 2020 to 2023. We used the payroll, time and attendance, learning management, applicant tracking, and performance management features of paycor.

Not sure. - Onboarding saved us a ton of time but the accrual tracking and payroll took up more time due to the system not calculating it correctly.
The system is good just needs some improvements
We moved from Paycom to Paycor in 2020 because the cost was cheaper and Paycor had the ability to track issued equipment.

Paycor is a great system however there are some areas that could be approved on. I found that the system would glitch at times and the communication between different parts of the system would not communicate the way it should. For example, the hours on timecards would sometimes not feed into payroll properly.
