We used Paycor for our HRIS from 2020 to 2023. We used the payroll, time and attendance, learning management, applicant tracking, and performance management features of paycor.

Not sure. - Onboarding saved us a ton of time but the accrual tracking and payroll took up more time due to the system not calculating it correctly.
