Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

I am the HR Generalist and we use Paycor for everything; payroll, HR, timekeeping, leader development, compensation management, one on ones etc.

Pros

Cons

  • Dedicated account reps for our company
  • Duplicate billing - very hard to receive credits - with terrible follow up from the Sales Rep
  • Time tracking and scheduling is really great! I like the options and the capability to see where people are clocking in.
Our HR and/or payroll team has not had any measurable time savings. - In our experience, the implementation was really bad. There was a merger of our two companies, who both previously had Paycor and when we merged it created a lot of errors and issues with analytics and reporting and positions and pay....things were not set up correctly. In my opinion, the implementation team seemed to just feel like they knew our business instead of asking questions about the transportation trucking industry.
With training Paycor is a great product, but all the frustrations I had from implementation has left a really bad taste in my mouth.
I absolutely love the staff at UKG. They are so attentive and we are not even their customers. I feel like I get quicker feedback and support from them than I do from Paycor, whom we are a paying customer.

Payroll is very user friendly and intuitive. I think they have a lot of great reporting features and when you get someone who knows their stuff in customer care, they really know their stuff and can be vey helpful. Other times, in my experience, it can be a hit or miss and you just feel like you're being read instructions out of a manual.
