Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

We use Paycor for payroll, EE data tracking, recruiting, performance, and surveys.

  • Improved our employee onboarding experience.
  • Enhanced our recruiting efforts.
Our HR and/or payroll team has saved time, but I'm not sure how much.
I think overall, it's very easy to use. However, little training is provided on new features or best practices for existing ones.
Paycor offers significantly improved reporting features. I appreciated Bamboo HR for its user-friendly design. I enjoyed many small features in BambooHR, such as the automated welcome emails sent to the team when a new employee joined. It also automatically sent birthday and anniversary emails to staff, and there were no restrictions on company news updates.

Overall, I like Paycor, and compared to other platforms, it’s very robust. The reporting is excellent, and the custom reporting is helpful. We had some issues with support before upgrading to premium support.
