Overall Satisfaction with Paycor
Our company utilizes Paycor for our payroll processing and payroll related tax payments. It is only used currently by myself as we are a small company.
Pros

- We have been using Paycor for 3 years now, and I've not had any issues with their services.
- Improved employee experience using the Paycor App
- Increased efficiency in HR
- Compliance webinars help minimize risks
Our HR and/or payroll team has saved time, but I'm not sure how much. - I believe that any time savings have come from the payroll dashboard being so user friendly.
We used Paychex in the past and ran into a situation where our local payroll taxes were withheld; but not paid timely to the entity, and became delinquent. It took months to resolve the matter, and due to the owner's frustration over the situation we decided to make the change to Paycor.
