Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Use Paycor across my HR operations to include HR records, new hire & termination processes, timekeeping, and payroll.

Pros

HR records administration.
Factory timekeeping.
Payroll

Cons

Reporting - limited report library.
Customer support is weak.

Return on Investment

Improved my efficiencies to free me up to do other items.
Very good historical data/records.
end of year tax documents.

Our HR and/or payroll team has saved time, but I'm not sure how much. - Integration between time keeping system and payroll runs very smoothly - eliminating the need to manually entering data, double checking that importst were correct, etc.

Usability

The interface is easy to use and very intuitive.

Alternatives Considered

ADP TotalSource and UKG Workforce Central (discontinued)

I find Paycor to be easier to use, and workflows run smoothly.
