Paylocity Service Team Epic Failures
Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We have implemented it to manage our Payroll, HR, Benefits, Expenses and community message Boards. I need to compliment the Sales Team and the Implementation teams for the job that they did. The implementation went very smoothly with only one hiccup due to my HR person going into the system during an update the implementation team was completing which caused an issue. For the first three months everything was running smooth. Recently we had some internal Company issues which required changes to be made in the system. Our Paylocity Service team members have been unavailable and unresponsive every time I call in. We get passed off to other Service teams who don't really care about the needs of our Company. I have tried to speak with management of the service team about it, but they won't let me past the gatekeepers. I know Paylocity prides themselves on providing great customer service because my wife works for them. In our case the Service team at Paylocity has failed epically.
