Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

Paylocity is our payroll and spending account platform. We use it also as an employee internal portal and provide company-wide updates through the platform.

  • Restrictions within its platform

  • Reduced time spent in processing onboarding paperwork
  • Better workforce visibility
  • Does take time to deal with issues since payroll and benefits do not work together
It has provided HR with more time when it comes to onboarding. The onboarding tool is very easy to use, and everything can be automated. I wish there was more work being done on workflows to allow more flexibility and usage.
These tools do provide a great way for our company to send out announcements and to house important corporate documents.

It is a great payroll provider. If a company needs a payroll system, it does a great job in that regard. If the company needs more hand-holding with payroll setup, I think Paylocity could do better.
