Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

I utilize Paylocity as our HRIS. This encompasses posting open positions, receiving applications, making offers, onboarding new hires, maintaining employee records, timesheets, payroll, performance management, benefits management, and many other areas. Using Paylocity for all of this allows us to seamlessly process every bit of our company across multiple modules without running into conflicting programs.

  • Some features may not always work for a specific company type. Paylocity is constantly working on making their system more flexible for these situations.

Employee engagement is a vital part of our company's culture. Paylocity makes a priority of constantly increasing employee engagement.
Paylocity offered more integration options along with a more user friendly system.

Paylocity is a daily asset to me in my role as I specialize in hiring and onboaring new employees. From the first point of contact all the way to uploading them into Payroll, Paylocity is the seamless. Whenever a glitch might happen in the system, the Paylocity Service Team is right there ready to assist with moving the process along.
