Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
I utilize Paylocity as our HRIS. This encompasses posting open positions, receiving applications, making offers, onboarding new hires, maintaining employee records, timesheets, payroll, performance management, benefits management, and many other areas. Using Paylocity for all of this allows us to seamlessly process every bit of our company across multiple modules without running into conflicting programs.

- Some features may not always work for a specific company type. Paylocity is constantly working on making their system more flexible for these situations.
