Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
It's our HRIS. Everything from payroll to recruiting. It has helped streamline a lot of our processes and condense the amount of time and work to one point of contact. Before we were working with multiple vendors and systems that did not align with one another. System that made us work harder not smarter.

- The time it took to get our information transferred from our old HRIS system to Paylocity took longer than expected.

The two areas I've seen a big Improvement is Data Management and Reporting and the Associates Self-Service feature. The Data Management and Reporting tools provide comprehensive data analytics and reporting capabilities. Our People can now easily access and analyze workforce data to make informed decisions. This data-driven approach helps in identifying trends, managing performance, and aligning HR strategies with business goals. The Associates Self-Service features of Paylocity’s platform empower associates to manage their personal information, benefits, and time-off requests. This autonomy reduces the administrative burden on HR and enhances associates satisfaction by providing them with greater control over their work-related information.
We have our Intranet platform so we do not use the Community and Peer Recognition features. However, I can personally speak about the survey tool. The survey tool has made it easier to gather our associate's feedback on various aspects of the business. This has led to more informed decision-making by management and has helped identify areas needing improvement. It has helped with transparency and open dialogue. Associates feel more heard and valued, which we hope is helping build greater trust between the workforce and management.
I would say that Paylocity is user-friendly. It's easier to navigate compared the ADP. They offer flexibility in customizing dashboards and workflows to better fit our business needs. They also offer Customer Service Support. This has been a plus and a negative. They told us that they offer dedicated support and they will work closely with us to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support. We received this support but have gone through a number of account manager. Some were great and some were not that great. Overall, it's been better that our previous provider.
