my payroll was reduced to 30 minutes. The level of engagement is up to 87%. The time spent recruiting with the tool works amazing. The ability to track an employee from recruiting to off-boarding and all in between is great. I love the updates and features that are constantly added. It's a great product.
Paylocity is still fairly new in the HCM game. ADP Workforce Now is harder to use. Paylocity still has a ways to go to advance to that level. I don't know how many employees Paylocity can work in the system. ADP is for large companies not really small organizations. Thanks
