Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
I currently use Paylocity for timekeeping, employee management/reviews, recruiting, onboarding, ETO accrual, and payroll. My only issue is that I do not have one person or the same group of people that I deal with for support. I've never met or had dealings with an account manager. Every time I've called, I get a different way to do the same thing that I've requested before. I've learned to take notes with each person I talk with, and I've kept my own details on the processes I use to reference, so I don't have to call each time. Being taught in different ways only causes confusion, for me at least.
Pros
- Support Availability.
- Willingness to listen.
- Patience of support personnel.
Cons
- Screenshots included with the articles that teach you how to do certain things.
- Recorded video demonstrations.
- If these things are available, make it known.
- Have Account Managers check in with their clients on occasion.
- I am fairly new to the system, so I am unable to comment on the ROI of this product, but what I have used it for has truly proven to be beneficial from the search process to onboarding and, in some cases, boarding.
I am fairly new to the program, but the recruiting and onboarding features that I have used so far have been a tremendous help in keeping up with applicants and ensuring that I reply to all candidates. Payroll now runs a lot smoother for me because of the personalized service I get from the support personnel.
Surveys have been used in the past. However, we would like to have the option for survey responses to be anonymous. We do not currently use the Community or Peer Recognition, but I hope to incentivize employees to use this feature in the future.
Both ADP and Paylocity are good programs. However, the personalized service I get from the Support Team with Paylocity far exceeds my expectations. They are quick to answer my call, always helpful, and patience as I learn the processes associated with the functions that my firm uses.
