Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
I am the Corporate Learning and Development Trainer here and I am tasked with providing resources to our consultants to fill in any learning gaps to better services our mutual clients. We are a preferred partner of Paylocity and we support the technology on implementations, payroll processing, benefits administration and HR consulting.
Pros
- Including the LMS in the standard offerings.
- A pretty robust Help/PEAK/Knowledge Base.
Cons
- A report that compares current payroll preview to last payroll preview to quickly identify errors.
- The ability to present a live training, the ability to record it for those that could not attend, then add it to the LMS and assign it to those that did not attend so that you can report both in one place - using the LMS.
- Having the LMS readily assessible provides immediate impact on learning and minimizes frustration and time hunting down information.
- On hand knowledge base saves time sitting on the phone awaiting an answer from support.
- The short and sweet videos in the knowledge base and LMS allows for quick resolution saving time.
Community allows us to announce new hires, birthdays, anniversaries for an added personal touch.
