Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

I've worked in several ATS systems, and Paylocity is the best thus far. It's user-friendly and has many learning tools to help you navigate the system.

  • Being able to edit notes in the Lead section
  • Not having a auto signature with logo option for messages/texts
  • Reduction of errors - Candidate duplication
  • Better decision making
  • Candidate Pipeline
We have been able to house pipelined candidates in the Lead section, we have been able to remove multiple entries, and we've been able to reach current employees in one spot, the Community.
Our employees like the Impressions and Community section. They use it to talk to each other and share job details.
Paylocity is a lot more user-friendly and offers more options when it comes to insights.
