Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We currently use Paylocity to house our employee records. We start with the recruiting and onboarding module to import new hire data and then use the many features offered to maintain the employee file while throughout their employment.

  • Ability to have more workflows during recruitment
  • Better workflow process on onboarding.

  • Employees are now more responsible for updating information

Onboarding has moved from a manual process to an automated version for our company
