Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity for many things in the HR department at my company, and all employees utilize the self-service portal. In the HR department, we use the recruiting, onboarding, learning, and data insights modules often. Paylocity has very useful tools to use within the world of Human Resources. We are very fortunate to have it at our company.
  • Recruiting module - basic & default workflows, very easy to navigate.
  • Learning module - helps to familiarize me with the different features of Paylocity.
  • Self Service Portal - stores all of my information and documents in one place.
  • Paylocity should advance their workflows and documents tab.
  • The timeclock glitches sometimes, so get rid of the bugs.
  • n/a, I do not deal with ROI.
We have a Payroll department at our company; therefore, I do not deal with these features.
The impression tools help employees get to know one another better and help employees be recognized for their good work. Surveys have been convenient in many different situations, such as when we need feedback from the HR department about specific issues. We do not use premium video.

Paylocity is well suited for a company that has to keep track of many employees. It is very easy to navigate and has many useful features. Paylocity makes it very easy to post jobs through the recruiting module. Moreover, Paylocity keeps track of user data within the data insights module.
