Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity for the entire HR process. We use it for recruiting, onboarding, training, HR and payroll, time and labor, performance, and benefits.
Before we had different companies doing different things. Paylocity integrates all of these different tasks into a more seamless process.
  • Connects all of the HR process
  • Reduces time spent on HR tasks
  • Good customer service from most of the implementation team
  • Our account manager doesn't seem to have enough experience, doesn't respond timely, and doesn't seem to understand what I'm asking.
  • The time and labor implementation specialist never gets back to us. All other departments were very responsive.
  • It would be very beneficial to us if our employees could do everything on their phones, including event acknowledgements and receiving all notifications.
  • making us look more professional to our employees and prospective employees
They are good. We are mostly out of implementation and are trying to use all of these features. I am having the most trouble with the scheduling, so it's taking a lot of time and we aren't seeing a lot of results. I also don't feel like the implementation team spent enough time on this aspect.

It is automating a lot of things we used to do manually, so it's saving us time in those areas.
We are still trying to get the employees more engaged in using it. The admins have been posting stories and recognitions trying to get the employees more involved.

Mostly good customer service, but sometimes it takes too long to address an issue.
Good at streamlining HR tasks and saving time and providing value.
Wish more could be done on employees' phones.
